Vivian Etter is a Staff Attorney with the Penn State Law Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic (EAC). In this role, she oversees the EAC’s student interns' daily work, reviews documents, and coordinates representation of clients across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The EAC is an academic legal clinic that provides free legal services to Pennsylvanians.

Vivian started as one of the first interns with the EAC. During her time with the clinic, the EAC has served over 2,000 clients, exposing her to a multitude of different business types and entrepreneurial needs. She has helped shape the clinic’s direction and outreach programs available to the community and beyond.

Vivian is a graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
