James Colino

James Colino has been building and optimizing recruiting functions around the world for over twenty years. As the Head of Talent Acquisition for Sheetz, Inc., James oversees recruiting for over 630 stores and all support functions across a six state footprint. Prior to joining Sheetz, James led Talent Acquisition for North America and Asia at The Hershey Company and served as the Founder and CEO of HireBar Inc., an interview software company that was acquired in 2017. James keeps his entrepreneurial interests alive as a mentor for the Ben Franklin accelerator in Central PA and recently published a book titled “RecOps – Recruiting is Still Broken. Here’s How to Fix It.”
