Diallo Powell '97

Diallo is the Co-founder & CEO of mobility and sustainability company Stak Mobility. Prior to that he was the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of the venture-backed health tech company, Zipari, which was acquired by private equity in 2020. From 2007-2013 he was on the founding team of Freelancers Insurance Company, a social purpose health insurance company created specifically to serve contract and gig workers. He later assumed the role of GM/CIO for the parent company and oversaw the development of three consumer-oriented insurance companies that launched on the health insurance exchanges in 2013. Diallo brings a diverse background working in management consulting with Fortune 500 companies, founding and scaling startups and growing nonprofits. Diallo attended Penn State, University Park campus, from 1993-1997 and was a member of the Men's Division I Lacrosse team.
